What the Mastermind Includes
1. Monthly training call about book launches, book promotion, and book tables that actually sell books. These workshops are especially valuable because these topics approach book sales by focusing on developing local contacts rather than social media with training on how to create engagement with your readers. These are held on the first Monday of each month at 8pm Eastern / 5pm Pacific for 1 hour
2. Live Q&A session each month where Lana McAra shares insights about publishing, social media, book marketing, writing your book, and any other topics you might have questions about. These are held the second Monday of each month at 7pm Eastern / 4pm Pacific for 50 minutes. If you can't attend in person, you may email your question, and she will address it, so you can get your answer in the recording.
3. Live Editing Workshops (fondly known as Writing Labs) happen on the second weekend of each month. These are on Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons, so can choose which you will attend. In these workshops, you will submit 500 words from your manuscript or your book outline, and Lana will give you constructive feedback. This is her most popular event, across the board.
4. Monthly Write-ins are a lead-in to the Writing Labs. Tuesday evenings before the Lab weekend, you will join a Zoom call with other writers for 2 hours of focused writing time. These are so productive and are designed to help you prepare your submission for the Writing Labs if you haven't had time to do so yet. They are from 7-9pm Eastern / 4-6pm Pacific.
5. Monthly Accountability Check-in is a worksheet that you will fill out and submit at the end of each month, to track your writing progress and your marketing progress. Even if your book isn't published yet, you can begin preparation for that day right now.
